What is the best thing that I love about my work? The best thing about what I do is that I do not feel it as work. In life, our subconscious mind is naturally drawn to performing tasks that come from within the Soul. Any function that feels heavy or unappealing, we look at it as work. Having said that, most individuals have to work for various reasons and few of us are privileged enough to follow the calling of our souls. As a Soulscape Artist, I seek to invite viewers into a space of introspection, offering a sense of peace, calm, and inspiration. I encourage others to connect with the quiet whispers and profound depths of the soul, fostering healing and renewal. For me, life itself is a soulscape—an unfolding journey of inner discovery that I aim to express and share through my creative practice.

What is my idea of happiness? Is there a definition to it? Maybe…. I feel happiness is the sum of everything – moments…energies…frequency… It can pass you by and just whisper in your ear or touch you like a feather…. light and elusive….If one is aligned with the innermost self, one can feel it….One of the privileges one can experience is doing what makes them happy….truly happy…I feel privileged and fortunate to do what makes me happy…the whole journey with art has been a joy…I hope most of you find those fleeting moments and recognize it….The entire journey of life is about finding inner peace. That is where this feeling called Happiness resides.

What is my greatest fear? My greatest fear is the presence of fear itself. Fear can either be our best friend or our worst enemy. It’s like an uninvited guest that we, knowingly or unknowingly, invite into our lives. The real question is, what do we do with this guest? Do we give in to its voices and unwanted advice, or do we befriend it, have an honest conversation with it, and then let it go? As a mother, this unwanted guest visits me from time to time, whispering false tales of harm and danger surrounding my sons.( although they are adults, I still worry about them). It creates unnecessary worry and tries to convince me that something terrible may happen. But I know that fear is just a feeling, and I can choose not to let it control me. It’s a constant practice of acknowledging it without letting it define my reality.

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? The trait I most deplore in myself is my tendency to people-please. This characteristic has been a part of me for as long as I can remember, possibly developed as a coping mechanism in my childhood. Over time, it has shaped the way I interact with others, often putting their needs above my own. However, I am now aware of this flaw and am actively making an effort to change it, learning to set boundaries and prioritize my own well-being without the need for external validation.

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? I most admire Tim Cox, a renowned artist whose work captures the essence of ranch life and the American West. Born in 1957 and raised in the farming and ranching community of Duncan, Arizona, his deep connection to the land is evident in every painting. His art focuses on the quiet moments of rural life, portraying cowboys, ranchers, and expansive landscapes with incredible detail and authenticity. Tim Cox’s ability to blend traditional realism with an emotional connection to his ubjects makes his work resonate deeply with viewers. I’ve been a fan of his work for many years, and his art continues to inspire me with its celebration of the spirit of the American West.

What is my greatest extravagance? Time. Do any of us understand the concept of time at all?? My greatest extravagance is investing in my own growth and experiences, particularly through time. Time is the most precious resource we all have, and rather than spending it on material things or fleeting indulgences, I want to dedicate it to deepening my artistic practice, exploring new creative horizons, and embracing experiences that challenge and inspire me. I believe my greatest extravagance lies in giving myself the space and time to nurture my inner world, reflect on my personal journey, and connect with what truly excites and fulfills me. Whether it’s through travel, learning, or immersing myself in my art, I want to invest in moments that allow me to grow, both as a person and as an artist. Time spent on this kind of self-reflection and transformation is an indulgence I truly value, as it enriches my life and fuels my work.

On what occasion would I lie? I am the worst liar I know. Whenever the occasion arises to lie, I have mastered the art of deflecting the question or simply remaining silent. Lying doesn’t come naturally to me, and I find it hard to manipulate the truth. Instead, I choose to redirect or stay quiet, allowing myself to avoid dishonesty without having to fabricate a story. I believe in honesty, and even when the truth might be uncomfortable, I prefer to face it rather than resort to deception.

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? The thing I dislike the most in my work is the thought of considering the process of creating meaningful art as “work.” The day I start to view it as just a job or a task, it’s game over for me. Once that happens, I would no longer be creating from the soul, and it would lose its essence. Art, for me, is a passion and a calling, not a burden. I want to always approach it with love, inspiration, and authenticity, never letting it feel like something I have to do, but something I’m privileged to do.

When and where was I the happiest, in my work? If it is work, then I am not happy at all. I could be in a palace and yet be miserable. Having said that, I have been gifted with the ability to paint in any location, under any circumstance and I Love every moment of it. It’s not about the surroundings, but about the connection I have with my art, and that’s when I am truly happy.

If I could, what would I change about myself? I get distracted very easily. Since I was a child. I would love to Focus on any task without being distracted.

What is my greatest achievement in work? To have been painting for almost 30 years and find recognition at this stage of my life is a big win for me. From winning an award, to being published in art magazines or being accepted as a Fellow of the Royal Society Of Arts, it’s all finally coming together. All the years of dedication and passion are now bearing fruit, and that is something I deeply cherish.

Where would I most like to live? I would most like to live in the vast expanse and scenic beauty of California, Colorado or Wyoming. Have a sanctuary for animals and construct homes for my sons on the same vast property someday. And build a center for Art. A haven for all those in need for some soul searching. There’s something profoundly captivating about the endless horizons. Where every sunrise and sunset paints the landscape with breathtaking colors. It’s a place that offers space to dream, to connect, and to find clarity in the simple, majestic beauty of the creation of God.

What is my most treasured possession? My most treasured possessions are my children (and yes, that includes my cat). I know that the concept of possession arises from the fear of losing something or someone, which creates attachment. As much as I would like to deny this emotion and understand that I must eventually set them free, I can’t deny that my children and my cat hold a special place in my heart. They are my greatest treasures, and their presence brings me immense joy and meaning.

What is my most marked characteristic? My most marked characteristic is my intuition—this deep, unshakable knowing that comes to me before things unfold. I can sense when something is about to happen, almost as if I’m connected to an unseen thread that weaves events together. It’s more than a feeling; it’s a certainty that guides me, warns me, or reassures me before there’s any visible sign. This instinct isn’t something I force—it simply is, and it’s an intrinsic part of who I am.

What is my most inspirational location, in my city? The parks and the greenery that surround my city is an inspiration to just appreciate nature. That greenery inspires me to bring out my best when I paint.

What is my favorite place to eat and drink, in my city? My favorite place in all aspects is the Michael Schumacher Kartbahn. The Italian Restaurant serves one of the best foods that I have eaten in my travels. It has big windows from which one can view individuals karting away. It has good vibes.

What books influenced my life and how? I mostly read fiction, and while I’ve enjoyed many books, I haven’t yet come across one that has had a profound influence on my life. I appreciate stories that allow me to escape into different worlds, explore new perspectives, and immerse myself in the art of storytelling. For now, the joy of fiction lies in the experience of being transported to other places and the emotions it evokes, rather than in a single book that has shaped my journey.

You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? On my last day, I would probably spend my time saying my goodbyes to my loved ones. In my final moments, I imagine I would listen to a prayer—something soothing and sacred that brings a sense of peace. Music, in this context, would serve as a gentle companion, offering comfort and reflection as I transition to the next part of my journey..

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? My hero in fiction is Captain America. He embodies nobility and an unwavering moral compass that guides him, even in the face of immense challenges. His sense of right and wrong is deeply rooted, and he never wavers in standing up for what he believes is just, even when it costs him personally. Captain America inspires me because of his courage to always do the right thing, not because it’s easy, but because it’s necessary. His steadfast integrity and commitment to protecting others make him the kind of hero I admire most.

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My parents and my children are my heroes, each shaping me in their own extraordinary way. My parents laid the foundation of my life with their wisdom, sacrifices, and unwavering love, teaching me the values of resilience, strength, and integrity. They showed me how to stand firm in my beliefs, no matter the challenges, and their example is the compass that guides me. My children, on the other hand, inspire me with their relentless pursuit of their dreams, their sharp intelligence, and their natural vision. From the moment they were born, they’ve tested my patience in ways I never imagined, but in doing so, they’ve taught me the power of perseverance and the importance of embracing their unique, unyielding spirit. Together, my parents and children form the pillars of my life, each one imparting lessons of love, growth, and unwavering strength that I carry with me every day.

Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? The Blind Side tells the inspiring true story of Leigh Anne Tuohy, a woman who sees potential in a young man, Michael Oher, and transforms his life by offering him a chance at a better future. Her unwavering determination, compassion, and strength resonate deeply with me. Like Leigh Anne, I believe in the power of kindness, the importance of standing up for what’s right, and the ability to make a difference in someone’s life. Her fierce support and leadership remind me of my own desire to empower others and face challenges with heart and resilience.

What role play stories in my life and work? As a Soulscape artist, role play stories take on even deeper significance in my life. They allow me to explore the inner landscapes of others and myself, tapping into different emotions, experiences, and perspectives that shape who we are. These stories help me create art that resonates with the soul, as I step into various roles to capture the depth and complexity of human emotions. In my personal life, they nurture empathy and understanding, enabling me to connect with others on a profound level. Professionally, they fuel my creativity and inspire me to express universal truths through my art, encouraging growth, healing, and transformation for both myself and those who experience my work.

What do the words ‘You are the storyteller of your own life’ to me? I have observed that humans often see themselves as the hero of their own story, justifying actions. We are all storytellers. We shape our narrative to protect our sense of self, but true heroism comes from embracing both our light and shadows. In my art, I aim to create spaces for reflection, helping others see that growth isn’t about perfection, but about confronting flaws, learning, and evolving. Heroism, to me, is about authenticity, empathy, and striving to be better, both for ourselves and others.

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? I have a few best friends. We’ve been friends for decades now. They are definitely my biggest support and my older son is definitely my partner in crime.

What project am I looking forward to work on? I’m looking forward to working on a project called Soulscape of Humanity, a series of large-scale paintings that capture the emotional and spiritual journeys of people from diverse cultures. Each piece will explore universal themes like love, grief, and transformation, blending abstract and figurative styles to create a deeply personal connection with viewers. I envision this exhibition being held at prestigious locations like the Louvre in Paris or the Tate Modern in London, where my work can reach a global audience. To make it even more impactful, I’d incorporate augmented reality, allowing viewers to interact with the paintings and experience hidden layers of the artwork. This project would allow me to share the universal human story through art and create meaningful connections across cultures.

Where can you see me or my work?

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? The words “Passion Never Retires” resonate deeply with me as a Soulscape artist. True passion is timeless, never bound by age, circumstance, or external pressures. Passion is the fire that fuels creativity, personal growth, and a sense of purpose, and it doesn’t fade or retire as life moves forward. For me, it’s a call to keep creating, evolving, and embracing my artistic journey with the same intensity and excitement, no matter where I am in life. Whether through my art or the stories I tell, passion is a constant companion—one that continues to inspire, drive, and shape every chapter of my personal and professional journey. Passion doesn’t have an expiration date; it only deepens with experience and becomes more meaningful with time.
